Quainton Hall School offers individual music lessons on most orchestral and band instruments, as well as the piano. Some outstanding visiting teachers come to Quainton Hall, some of them playing in London orchestras and shows and others teaching at schools such as Harrow and Haberdashers'.
Playing a musical instrument gives pupils the chance to take part in the orchestra and band, and senior schools are delighted to see that a candidate plays some music. Taking music exams gains credits that go towards UCAS places.
If parents are interested in music lessons for their children the first step is to contact myself - Mr Ellis, Director of Music. I will then arrange for a short "taster" session with a teacher and then the teacher will contact you.
